Welcome to the twisted mind of the Lord Snow

Yet another visit to a church...

Yet another church event...

The day didn't start well.

Due to my accidental, overlong nap the evening before, I wasn't able to sleep well. I finally went off to try and get some sleep around...2? 2:30? I think that I must have woken up around 6 to 7 times last night...for various reasons really; the first few times were because I still wasn't sleepy, the next two or three were because my comp kept making strange sounds and once for washroom and a last time to just lay there and stare at my ceiling for a while...

Woke up at 7 on the dot. And I don't mean a slow and gradual swimming to wakefulness...when you have "Eternal Glory" set to go off at anywhere near full blast...you wake up RIGHT THEN. Unfortunately, I neglected to recall the effect that this would have on my mind and ended up waking up to a splitting headache...

All in all, I think that I managed to catch about 3 to 3 and a half hours of sleep. Spent a bit too long in the shower and ended up being late for my 9AM class by like...an hour -.-

Have you ever fallen asleep without meaning to? I was on the bus, had my novel open in front of me and was reading when I took a look out the window to just stare at all the fog...next thing I know, the bus is pulling to a stop in the station. It happened when I got on the bus at Scarborough Town Center too...sat down and looked out the window, then the next thing I know, bus is pulling into my stop >.< That was kind of creepy...

But...whatever, handed in my intro paragraph and stumbled through class. When it ended...went up to the computer lab to finish my romantic poetry assignment which was due Monday. Figured that I might as well lessen my work load while I had the time. Had lunch...then just sat in a chair half dozing, half re-reading "The Stand" by Stephen King till about 2:30. Bused for about two hours till I hit Fairview and as a very pleasant surprise, saw Joyce there. I didn't recognize her when I first saw her...just some chinese girl that drew my eye and seemed familiar in a strange way. So funny...walking towards each other for the longest time, like half the length of the train before we get kinda closer and then, "HEY!" XD I didn't recognize her because she wasn't wearing her glasses and her hair was long! Long and pretty XD She'd apparently been letting it grow out. Exchanged a few words...but then I had to leave and meet up with Matt :(

Met up with Matt and Charles was there too. We hung around in the arcade for a while before Charles offered to give us a lift to the church. He came in...played some ball...

Now the bad thing...I've had this kinda phlegmy cough for a few days...I would cough, it would leave a bad taste in my mouth for a while but then it was gone and I didn't worry right? I played with them for a while but the more I ran around, the worse my cough got, till eventually, I felt it like building up in my throat. So I went outside and spit and surprise surprise...there was some blood in it...Was startled, so I spit out again and apparently it wasn't a one time thing. So yeah...while I'm not a doctor and dont' study medicine, I'm PRETTY damned sure that coughing up blood ISN'T a good thing...

But whatever...I'll go see a doctor if it keeps up a day or two longer...

Anyway, got my bible from Matt. I have a bible in my possession now and it seems very strange to me...This time, instead of going with Charlie and the older bible study group, I stuck with Matt and his preaching to the little kiddies (junior high/high school students) about the movie "The Passion" and reasons within it and so on. Here's something I found funny though...

"What do you mean don't talk about it yet? How am I going to spoil the movie for you if you haven't seen it? I mean, guys, you all know the story and you've read it and everything...it's not like there's a surprise twist in the ending or anything like, "Oh hey, we got the wrong guy!" You KNOW what's going to happen already!"

I thought that was funny...

I like listening to people speaking about their faith...I find it interesting to hear their points of view.

Bussed to Kennedy station, took the Danforth bus and walked for about 15 minutes to get home. Got home about half past midnight and I sit here still awake.

I feel completely burned out. Like a zombie...and knowing what all of you would have told me, I'll explain this way: have you ever been so tired that you stopped being sleepy? I'm at that point right now...I'm just completely exhausted, mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally...

I feel so burned out...
